  • This is that this agreement is being made by the Fine Tech Software after knowing, reading and understanding all the offenses of the Information and Technology Act 2000. That is the software is created by the first party. We do not copy or copy any other's software, nor are they created by forgery.
  • Fine Tech Software algosoft is not registered with SEBI. It’s a pure software development support & service industry. Fine Tech Software algosoft work on algorithm formula based strategy. We not provide recommendation calls & information in stock market. We build only software, support, maintenance, services, and strategy & develop formulas.
  • That the software will be given to the User/Client only once by the first party. The person to whom the ID will be purchased by the User/Client, and all the incidents, profit and loss from the said software will be the responsibility of the User/Client , because the User/Client is well aware of the information, the profits that will be reduced from them- The loss liability will be of your User/Client only. ADONOMIST will not have any liability of the Fine Tech Software in this.
  • That the software is manufactured and sold by the Fine Tech Software from the computer, the software is manufactured by our employees and those employees are well aware of the information and technology act 2000. In no way shall you, the User/Client be liable for damages, profit or loss caused by hacking or server down or technical problems or other interference with the Fine Tech Software and its employees. Any technical issues related to the said software by the first party, such as server down or the above technical problems, we will try to solve them.
  • That whatever we will be asked to build by the User/Client to the first party, we will not share it with anyone else by the Fine Tech Software and we will not breach the confidentiality by the first party.
  • That the User/Client will be the responsibility of the Fine Tech Software that the technical facilities related to the said software will be given to the User/Client, but if the software is closed due to any technical reasons, and then you will be responsible for the financial loss during that time.
  • That the liability of the User/Client will be that if the software is hacked by someone, then the Fine Tech Software will not be responsible for the damage and trouble caused by the data stratgy link (breach of privacy) caused by it.
  • I / We will not make any guaranteed / guaranteed return of any kind, expressed or implied, in relation to any client financial market and investment.
  • I / do authorize the Fine Tech Software to take any appropriate action against me / us. If I/We run a scheme which deceives any investor and violates the rules, bye-laws, regulations and ongoing regulations of the Exchange and SEBI. Notifications of Government Authorities as may be in force from time to time.
  • That if in future the Fine Tech Software or the User/Client , whichever party wants to terminate the service of the said software, for this, the first party, the User/Client and the User/Client , the Adonomist will have to give notice in writing at least one month in advance.
